The main philosophy of yoga is simple: mind, body and spirit are all one and can't be separated. Yoga philosophy teaches moral guidelines, ethical codes, breathing techniques, and internal practices for achieving this union with the Divine. It gives us direction and purpose to our lives. The ultimate goal of yoga is to achieve a state of inner peace, known as “samadhi,” through the integration of our physical, mental, and spiritual selves. These include ahimsa, satya, asteya, brahmacharya, aparigraha, shoucha, santosha, tapas, svadhyaya, ishvara pranidhana. Yoga philosophy allows the concept of God, Allah ect...

True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived.

Yoga doesn’t care about what you have been; yoga cares about the person you are becoming.
