In Marrakech we are offering an inward reflective learning experience of Yin Yoga and Meditation. Explore the subtler layers, from the energetic to the psycho-emotional, to the psychological dimensions. Using Yin yoga philosophy & theoretical interactive lectures & applying these, together with the 5 element theory.
What makes this training special?
We introduce all basics and technicalities of yin yoga, but most of all we show you how to use Yin Yoga as a healing method, using acupoints and body touch to stimulate the body's own healing response.
The training is held in English. Additional languages such as French, German, Spanish and Arabic can help you.
